Take a selfie by lining up your face in the middle of the camera, remember to try and use the best available natural light.
Step 2
Complete the online form with your contact details and upload your selfie from your phone’s picture gallery. Please also remember to complete your agreement with our privacy policy.
Step 3
Our experts will assess your photo and your concern and offer free, no-obligation advice for your consideration. By registering your details with us you can be assured of being at the front of the queue when our clinic reopens!
