Things are going to have to change as your safety is paramount

As we contemplate and prepare for the return to work and the re-opening of our clinic, we wish to reassure patients that, as ever, your safety is and always will be paramount to us. If we do not feel we can open without ensuring your safety, we would not do so.  Our clinical team have spent a great deal of time looking at ways to ensure your comfort and safety. This includes social distancing in our waiting room, additional cleaning and disinfection of treatment rooms between appointments and personal protective equipment.

We have also introduced video-based consultations which will most likely continue indefinitely as part of our ongoing service. Using a secure version of Zoom and our lead surgeon, Mr Ali-Khan, has been approached by Motiva UK to trial their national system for breast surgery patients. These systems allows us to confidentially discuss our patients’ concerns, prior to a thorough in-person consultation. For all but the simplest procedures (for example a mole removal) an in-person consultation will always take place before a surgical treatment but remote consulting allows us to maintain your safety by avoiding un-necessary travel during these coronavirus times as well as being very time efficient for patients.

We have all spent much more time on video platforms recently and our selfie surgery upload feature is proving really popular! To upload a selfie to our experts, please visit our selfie surgery page or to schedule a cosmetic surgery consultation please visit our request a consultation page.

We will announce our opening dates just as soon as we can. We very much look forward to seeing you, safely, in the near future. Stay safe and stay well.
