How Is Brow Lift Surgery Done?
Brow lift surgery can be done using one of three different surgical techniques. This will be discussed during your consultation to determine the best approach for you:
A classic brow lift
A classic brow lift, also known as traditional brow lift, involves a longer incision placed behind or along the hairline. This means the surgeon can access underlying tissues directly to lift and reposition the brows with accuracy.
This technique is often best suited to clients with more pronounced forehead lines or significant dropping brows. As it’s a more extensive approach, recovery can take slightly longer. However your chosen surgeon will explain aftercare tips that will help the skin heal.
An endoscopic brow lift
An endoscopic brow lift uses multiple small incisions hidden within the hairline to create openings through which the surgeon can access the underlying tissues. By inserting a tiny camera and specialised instruments to carefully lift and reposition the brow tissue, this minimally invasive technique reduces visible scarring and minimises disruption to surrounding tissues.
Due to the careful nature of this approach, as the incisions are so small and well concealed, recovery is often quicker.

Temporal or limited incision brow lift
A temporal brow lift combines elements of both a classic and an endoscopic brow lift. What Happens Before Brow Lift Surgery?
